What colours are available?

We offer black, white and more colours will be added soon!

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments via Square for all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email with your order details. Please check spam if you don’t have an email within 10 minutes of ordering.

What material are the items made from?

We use a poly-cotton twill material for our chef wear. Learn more about this on the About page.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

We are trying our utmost to get orders out within 5-15 working days from ordering.

It depends on what you order. Many people have received their order within 3-5 working days, some a bit longer.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email/text with delivery/collection details.

How can I track delivery?

Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email with tracking information.

What are the shipping costs?

$10 within Australia. If you live elsewhere please send us an email to info@saltchef.com.au with your order details and delivery address and we will quote you.

There is a mistake regarding my order, what should I do?

We do allow for exchanges and/or returns as long as the clothes have not been worn or washed and do not contain embroidery or any alterations (custom).
